Try this meal combo instead:
Breakfast (6:30)- 4 eggs (scrambled) (3 whites – 1 whole)
1 English muffin
1/2 pat butter
Coffee or tea (cut back on your sugar)

Snack (9:30)- 1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 apple cut and mixed into it

Lunch (12:30) – Salad with 4 oz. Tuna or Chicken mixed into it
1 Tablespoon of dressing (not fat free – enjoy it)
Glass of water with fresh lemon juice squeezed into it for taste

Snack (3:00)- 1 Protein bar (call for details – there are special bars you need)
Glass of water with fresh lemon juice squeezed into it for taste

Dinner (6:00)- 4-6 oz. of Fish, Chicken or Beef
Veggies (use only low glycemic carbs)
Salad
Dressing (use low-fat, NOT fat-free)
Glass of water maybe with fresh lemon juice squeezed into it for taste.

1 Hour Before Bed – 1 scoop of protein powder with 2-3 ounces of water.
There you have it. Follow a food plan similar to this and you will be energy filled as you burn body fat all day.

Eat LOW Glycemic Index Carbs, NO Starchy Carbohydrates After 2:00 P.M. and NO Food 3 Hours Before You Go to Bed!
